A small, internationally active non-profit foundation based in Newton is seeking an Executive Liaison to the President. This full-time, hybrid role (40 hours/week) includes early morning hours (6-7 AM starts during certain periods) and monthly travel to events with the President. The position is a temp-to-perm opportunity with pay up to 45/hour. The organization fosters a close-knit and mission-driven environment, with a global scope of work.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate complex schedules, travel logistics, and briefing materials for the President
- Draft and edit speeches, statements, and official communications
- Attend and summarize meetings, ensuring follow-up on key action items
- Support organizational events, planning sessions, and strategic initiatives
- Facilitate internal and external communications and project integration
- Represent the President and the Foundation at events and with partners
- Collaborate with public relations and media teams for alignment on messaging
- Manage administrative duties and maintain up-to-date records
Candidate Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Management, Communications, or related field
- 8-10 years of experience in a senior support or project management role
- Strong writing, research, and communication skills
- Tech-savvy with advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Highly organized, discreet, and adept at managing priorities
- Able to travel regularly and work early hours to align with international time zones
