Global Management Consulting Firm located in Summit, NJ is seeking to hire a Temporary Office Experience Assistant to support the Office Experience, Events and Concierge functions of the New Jersey Office. This position will start ASAP and go until July 25th, requiring 5 days/week on-site from 8am-5pm with flexibility if needed. The ideal candidate has high-touch service industry experience and top-notch professionalism. Pay rate up to $25/hour.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining stock of the pantry
- Lunch set up and breakdown in the conference rooms
- Reorganizing as needed
- Some reception coverage as needed
Qualifications:
- High-touch service industry experience
- Outgoing and bubbly personality, smart and able to take initiative
- Highly organized, detail-oriented and mature
- Professional presentation with customer-service oriented mentality
