Our client, a real-estate investment firm in Washington, DC, is urgently seeking a temporary Property Administrator to join their busy team for 6 months!
Responsibilities:
- Greet tenants, coordinate tenant events, and manage all aspects of tenant relations.
- Magae the day-to-day operations and oversee maintenance operations.
- Work with tenants on requests; collaborate with maintenance to ensure requests/concerns are handled.
- Process invoices, prepare the annual budget, and handle accounts receivables.
- Provide support to the leasing office, monitor vacant spaces, and ensure lease terms are adhered.
- Complete additional tasks and special projects as required.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of property and customer support experience are required.
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- Previous experience with commercial properties is highly preferred.
- Excellent computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office Products.
- Experience with building management platforms/systems is preferred.
- Possess excellent multitasking, collaboration, oral/written communication skills.
Position Information:
- $26/hr-$29/hr, DOE
- Temporary for 6 months.
- Hours are 8:30am-5pm.
- 100% onsite in Washington, DC.
