Our client, a global investment firm, is seeking a Receptionist & Facilities Coordinator in New York, NY. The hours are 8:30am-5:30pm, with flexibility to support early meeting set up a couple of times per month. This role is fully onsite, five days a week.
Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the Head of Administration
* Greet and manage guests at reception and coordinate visitor workstations
* Manage main phone line, including call answering and transferring
* Order and restock weekly food and beverage supplies and general office supplies
* Administer meeting room calendars and coordinate on-site catering
* Set up workstations and access badges for new hires and office guests
* Coordinate vendor and building services and manage vendor insurance documents
* Update internal documents including the seating guide and phone lists
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree required
* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
* Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook
* Professional demeanor and strong phone etiquette
* Team player with the ability to work independently
* Ability to lift and move items
Compensation:
* $70,000-$80,000 base salary plus overtime plus bonus
