About the Job:
- Manage and maintain complex a calendar and scheduling.
- Coordinate meeting logistics including travel, material preparation, and Zoom invites.
- Ensure project deadlines are maintained.
- Prioritize communications appropriately and follow-up where needed.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team as needed.
About You:
- 5+ years of administrative experience and 1+ year of executive support experience are required.
- Nonprofit experience is preferred but not required.
- Proficiencies in MS Office, Zoom, and Concur are required.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proactive self-starter able to complete tasks independently.
About the Position:
- $25/hr-$28/hr, depending on experience.
- ASAP through October 2025.
- Hybrid in Washington, DC.
