Our client, a global architecture and design firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant in NYC. The hours are full-time, Monday through Friday, 9am-5:30pm, with flexibility. This is a hybrid position with four days in the office and one day remote.
Responsibilities:
* Support the CDTO, CIO, and their leadership teams and manage priorities and urgent requests
* Take meeting notes, track follow-ups, and prepare agendas, decks, and reports
* Use Linear to monitor tasks (training available)
* Coordinate busy calendars across teams and organize meetings, catering, and guest needs
* Book travel and update itineraries
Qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience as an executive assistant
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
* Experience with tools like Linear a plus
Compensation/Benefits:
* Up to $90,000 – $110,000 base salary
