Boutique private equity firm located in Midtown, Manhattan is seeking to hire a Temporary Executive Assistant to cover a maternity leave starting in mid-June through mid-October 2025. This position will require 4 days on-site with Fridays remote from 8:45/9am-5/5:30pm daily. In addition to supporting 3 investment professionals on a senior team, this position will also require sitting at reception for 3.5 weeks in mid-September to provide coverage. This is a close-knit team with no egos, and the ideal candidate should be flexible and willing to lend a hand with no task too big or small mentality. Pay rate up to $45/hour DOE.
Responsibilities:
- Support a senior team of 3 investment professionals (2 MDs and 1 Principal)
- Calendar management
- Expense reporting
- Travel booking
- Pick up lunches
- Cover reception as needed, including assisting with office management tasks
- Manage conference room set up and turnover
- Set up catering
- Restock the pantry
Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of experience in administrative roles
- Experience supporting senior individuals out of financial services preferred
- Strong executive presence
- True team player with no task too big or small mentality
