Our client, a public policy consulting firm, is seeking a temporary to permanent Executive Assistant to support their team in Washington, DC!
About the Job:
- Responsible for calendar management and meeting coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate detailed travel arrangements and prepare monthly expense reports.
- Handle client related tasks such as processing invoices and preparing client meeting materials.
- Develop and submit regular lobbying-related reports.
- Draft minutes and meeting summaries and distribute to clients.
- Support the team through other tasks and projects as necessary.
About You:
- 3+ years of professional administrative experience are required, preferably in a government relations environment.
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- Strong MS office suite skills, with familiarity in MailChimp, WordPress, and Wix.
- Detail-oriented and engaging professional with effective communication.
About the Position:
- $28/hr-$31/hr, while temporary, DOE.
- $60k-$70k, when converted to permanent.
- Hybrid with 1 day/week on-site. May vary depending on client needs.
