Our client, a highly respected and growing firm in the Greater Philadelphia area, is seeking a Legal Recruiting & HR Specialist to join their small but high-impact HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and accomplished recruiting professional who enjoys managing processes, building relationships, and contributing to a collaborative and fast-moving environment.
About you:
- 4+ years of experience in a recruiting, legal recruiting, or HR coordination role
- Familiarity with attorney or legal staff recruiting preferred
- Skilled at sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter and managing relationships with external recruiters
- Extremely organized and confident juggling multiple calendars, trainings, and deadlines
- Comfortable interacting and collaborating with senior leadership
- A clear communicator who brings a proactive, team-oriented mindset
- Interested in a long-term growth path within HR or legal operations
About the job:
- Lead attorney and legal staff sourcing efforts through job postings, networking, LinkedIn Recruiter, and agency outreach
- Coordinate attorney onboarding and orientation, ensuring a seamless and professional experience
- Organize and manage incoming attorney and staff training schedules; update calendars and communicate with key stakeholders
- Assist with summer associate programs and related event logistics
- Support general HR needs as they arise – from administrative support to cross-functional projects
- Work closely with a strong manager who is eager to mentor and help this individual grow
This is a permanent position paying up to $85,000 annually depending on experience, with a hybrid schedule based out of the firm’s Philadelphia office.
