Our client, a major trade association representing one of the largest manufacturing industries in America, is seeking a temporary and part-time Tradeshow Assistant to support their office in Washington, DC!
About the Job:
- Handle meeting logistics; Schedule meetings, draft minutes, prepare talking points, and track follow-ups.
- Re-organize file pathways and ensure a consistent storage system.
- Support administrative needs related to show committees.
- Perform general administrative duties and special projects as necessary.
About You:
- 2+ years of professional experience are required.
- Tradeshow or event experience is highly desired!
- Proficient in MS Office Products; iMIS experience is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
About the Position:
- Pays $20/hr-$25/hr, depending on experience.
- Temporary through the end of 2025.
- Part-time for 15-20 hours/week.
- Hybrid and flexible schedule!
- Office located in Washington, DC.
