Our client, a private equity firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support their Investor Relations team in New York, NY. The hours are 9:00am-5:30pm with some flexibility for after-hours work. The schedule is hybrid: Monday through Thursday in office with Friday remote, the entire month of August remote, plus five additional floating remote days per year.
Responsibilities:
* Provide high-level administrative support to a five-person Investor Relations team, including two senior leaders
* Manage complex calendars and coordinate a high volume of internal and external meetings
* Plan and book domestic and international travel arrangements
* Track and process expense reports and reimbursements
* Prepare meeting materials and assist with AV setup and catering for events
* Liaise with internal stakeholders and external investors, ensuring professionalism at all times
* Maintain confidential information with discretion and accuracy
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
* 5-7+ years of Executive Assistant experience; finance industry experience preferred, legal backgrounds considered
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint
* Highly organized with strong time management skills and a proactive mindset
* Strong interpersonal skills; able to work effectively in a team-oriented, client-facing environment
Compensation/Benefits:
* Up to $120,000-$140,000 depending on experience, plus bonus
* Company covers 85% of premiums for medical and dental insurance; 100% for vision coverage
