Our client, a leading financial services organization in Newark, DE, is seeking a contract Talent Acquisition Specialist to oversee and optimize recruitment efforts across multiple departments. This role will be responsible for strategy, managing the full-cycle recruiting processes, and partnering with internal stakeholders to attract and retain high-quality talent.
Key Points
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top-tier candidates.
- Lead the full-cycle hiring process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers.
- Collaborate with department leaders to assess staffing needs and align recruitment efforts.
- Manage relationships with external recruiting partners and job platforms.
- Utilize social media, digital tools, and employer branding strategies to engage passive talent.
- Support hiring managers with interviewing, candidate evaluation, and offer negotiation.
- Monitor recruiting metrics to assess effectiveness and recommend improvements to optimize outcomes.
- Stay current on labor market trends and best practices in recruiting, hiring, and talent acquisition technologies.
About You
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Strong understanding of recruiting tools and ATS systems – Workday knowledge is a plus!
- Experience recruiting for a wide variety of roles in a fast-paced environment.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and inform decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
