Our client, a leading global organization in healthcare, is seeking a professional and customer-focused Contract Customer Service Representative who is proficient in Japanese to join their team. This position is ideal for someone fluent in both Japanese and English who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Points
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Japanese- and English-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide timely and accurate support regarding products, services, orders, and general inquiries.
- Translate and communicate technical or procedural information between customers and internal teams.
- Log all customer interactions in the CRM system and ensure follow-up on outstanding issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to resolve complex problems and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist with Japanese-to-English and English-to-Japanese written communications, including documentation and FAQs.
About You
- Fluent in both Japanese and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- 1+ year of customer service, call center, or client support experience preferred – experience in the healthcare industry is a plus!
- Comfortable working with technology, including CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic environment.
