Our client, an architecture firm in midtown Manhattan, is seeking a Temporary Receptionist starting on Monday, 6/16. This role is 5 days in office from 8:30am-5:30pm, however, Fridays are a half day for the summer months. The role will last for ~2 weeks with the potential to extend. It pays up to $22/hr and is a great opportunity for someone who is seeking to be an asset to a busy team.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and greet guests
- Coordinate and receive deliveries
- Schedule conference rooms and assist with meeting set up
- Contribute towards office management by ordering supplies and scheduling events
- Ad hoc requests as needed by the office
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a front facing position
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite
- Personable individual who is eager to take initiative
- Mature, professional, and willing to lend a helping hand
