About the Job:
- Ensure the success of the organization’s research funding lifecycle by supporting specific related workstreams.
- Track projects and manage project timelines.
- Conduct research to support projects and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Support funding announcements through collaboration with marketing, ensuring quality control, and maintaining timelines.
- Schedule meetings, develop agendas, conduct meetings, and communicate summaries as needed.
- Support the team through additional tasks or support as required.
About You:
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- 5+ years of proven domestic non-profit project or program management experience required.
- Knowledge of public health or research funding is highly desired.
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills with an ability to ensure timelines are met.
- Proficient in MS Office, SharePoint, Asana, and a willingness to learn new systems.
Position Information:
- $39/hr-$42/hr, depending on experience.
- Temporary for 6 months with a strong potential to extend.
- Starting ASAP!
- 3 days/week on-site in Washington, DC.
