Our client, a non-profit organization, is seeking temporary Executive Assistant to support their Alexandria, VA team starting mid-June and lasting 3-4 weeks!
Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars/scheduling and handle travel arrangements.
- Maintain files, assist with budgets, and prepare expense reports.
- Meeting preparation/coordination; attend meetings and take clear/concise minutes.
- Draft/edit correspondence and documents, work with internal and external contacts.
- Complete additional special projects and tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience providing administrative support at the executive level.
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- Proficient in MS Office and strong calendaring skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proactive self-starter able to complete tasks independently.
Position Information:
- $26/hr-$30/hr, depending on experience.
- Temporary position with the potential to extend.
- Starting on 6/16 and lasting 3-4 weeks.
- 100% onsite in Alexandria, VA.
