We are actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced Payroll & Benefits Specialist to work for a prestigious client. This person will oversee and enhance the company’s payroll and benefits functions. This role requires a meticulous professional capable of managing payroll processes and benefits administration with a high level of efficiency and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Management: Prepare and execute payroll operations ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing.
Benefits Administration: Oversee all aspects of employee benefits, including managing 401(k) plans, health insurance, and other company-sponsored benefit programs.
Invoice Management: Handle all invoice management related to payroll and benefits, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.
Employee Support: Provide support and assistance to employees regarding payroll and benefits inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer service.
Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance payroll and benefits operations.
Qualifications:
Experience: A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in payroll and benefits management.
Technical Proficiency: Expertise in utilizing payroll systems for payroll processing.
Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with an exceptional eye for detail.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Analytical Ability: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of payroll laws and regulations.
