Our client, a n insurance brokerage and risk management firm, is seeking a Long Term Temporary Administrative Assistant to support their Information Technology division. This role is in office 5 days a week with the working hours being from 9am-5pm with flexibility as needed. The client is looking for someone to start ASAP and work through September 30th, 2025. The role pays up to $30/hr and is a great opportunity to support a passionate team of individuals.
Primary Responsibilities and Duties:
- Ability to streamline and organize internal processes
- Multi-task, while maintaining complex schedules and managing administrative support, is essential in this position
- Manage workflow and ensure that deadlines are met
- Strong Microsoft skill set with intermediate level expertise in Excel
- Process vendor payables for offices in the Northeast Region
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Knowledge of Microsoft D365 preferred
- Ability to analyze and revise operating practices to improve efficiency
- Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
- Exceptional communication skills
- Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner
