Our client, a nonprofit, nonpartisan think tank, is seeking an Executive Assistant to their Chief Growth Officer. The hours are 9am-5pm (flexible for overtime) four days in their Midtown, Manhattan office and one day remote. Responsibilities:
- Support the Chief Growth Office and Executive Vice President
- Manage a heavy calendar
- Book domestic and international travel (cars, flights, hotels)
- Assist with office management
- Collaborate with other executive assistants in the office
- Utilize writing skills and perform ad hoc duties when needed
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience
- A team-player attitude
- Excellent attention to detail
- Great written and verbal communication skills
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $71k base depending on experience plus bonus
