Our client, a small but fast-paced investment firm, is looking for a long-term temp Administrative Assistant/Office Manager to cover a medical leave. This role starts ASAP (as soon as we can find the right person) with an estimated temp contract of 3 months (with potential to extend). This role is fully remote, but there is a co-working space available if desired. The hours are 8am-5pm (with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break). OT is not anticipated. The hourly pay rate is 40-53/hr DOE.
Responsibilities:
- Booking travel (domestic and international).
- Working across time zones.
- Managing the CEO’s calendar.
- Scheduling meetings.
- Working in PowerPoint – compiling data in a presentation.
- Working in Excel.
- Helping them find their new office location!
- Ad hoc administrative projects as needed!
Qualifications:
- Need to administrative experience out of financial services. Minimum of 5+ years!
- Need experience supporting C-Suite level executives.
- Need to be familiar with Zoom, Microsoft Office Suite (PPT, Outlook, Teams, Excel).
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
