Our client, a professional services consulting company in Arlington, VA, is seeking a temporary and part-time Subscription Coordinator to join their team for 10-12 hours per week! About the Job:
- Provide customer service throughout this product migration.
- Manage a large volume of subscription cancellations.
- Process cancellations in Salesforce and ensure they are properly tracked.
- Create reports each week on all work performed.
- Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
About You:
- 1+ years of administrative and customer service experience is required.
- Experience with Salesforce and Excel is required.
- Strong customer service skills with a personable demeanor.
- Detail-oriented and organized with a technical savviness.
About the Position:
- $25/hr-$27hr, depending on experience.
- Part-time for 10-12 hours/week.
- 100% onsite in Arlington, VA.
