Our client, a professional services consulting finm in Arlington, VA, is seeking a temporary-to-hire Document Production Coordinator to join their team!
About the Job:
- Maintain a large and complex database of tax forms.
- Transform received forms from PDFs to interactive forms.
- Maintain project workflows and communications with agencies.
- Collaborate with agencies on letters of intent.
- Ensure process standards are met and maintained while creating documents.
- Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
About You:
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- 2+ years of proven workflow management experience.
- Detail-oriented and organized with strong verbal/written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, plan, set priorities, and advance multiple projects simultaneously.
About the Position:
- $25/hr-$27hr, while temporary, depending on experience.
- $58k-$65k, when converted to permanent.
- 5 days/week onsite during training, then 1 day/week remote.
- Metro accessible office in Arlington, VA.
