Global Private Equity firm located in Midtown, Manhattan is seeking a reliable and professional Temp-to-Perm Part-time Receptionist to manage front desk operations in the afternoons from 1-6pm daily. This position will pay up to 39K when perm and will qualify for full-time benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, escort to meeting rooms, and offer refreshments
- Answer and direct incoming calls professionally
- Register visitors with building security
- Collaborate with HR and Admin on various office needs
- Provide occasional support with overflow expense tasks
- Maintain a welcoming and polished front desk environment
Qualifications:
- Comfortable in a consistent front-facing role
- Professional, friendly, and detail-oriented
- Open to someone with outside interests (as long as the schedule is met)
- Growth potential may exist, but someone should enjoy and commit to the receptionist role
