Our client, an investment management firm, is seeking an Administrative Assistant in Greenwich, CT. The hours are 8:30am – 5:30pm with a hybrid schedule (in office Monday through Wednesday, work from home Thursday and Friday).
Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to five to six professionals on the trading desk
* Manage complex calendars
* Coordinate domestic and international travel
* Prepare and process expense reports
* Manage contacts in Microsoft Outlook
* Answer and direct multiple phone lines
* Track and report compliance-related items
* Schedule and coordinate meetings and conference rooms
* Assist with occasional research tasks
* Serve as part of the broader administrative team and provide backup to other assistants
* Provide reception coverage as needed (Reception is staffed on-site Monday through Friday, 7:30am – 5:00pm)
Qualifications:
* 4+ years of administrative experience; financial services experience preferred
* Bachelor’s degree preferred
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook
* Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills
* High level of professionalism and attention to detail
* Experience arranging both domestic and international travel
* Familiarity with Concur is a plus
