Our client is seeking a temporary to permanent Office Manager to provide support their office as well as some of their Executive Leadership in New Carrollton, MD!
About the Job:
* Oversee the use of buildings for events, meetings, and projects while ensuring compliance and managing logistics.
* Address maintenance needs for buildings and equipment.
* Support vendor procurement and confirm their services align with operational needs.
* Maintain schedules, prepare correspondence, and support data entry.
* Complete additional tasks/special projects as needed.
About You:
* A bachelor’s degree is highly preferred.
* 5+ years of strong administrative or operational experience is required.
* Prior project management experience is preferred.
* Strong skills in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace.
* Able to communicate across levels and adapt to shifting priorities.
* Knowledge of local government processes is a plus!
About the Position:
* Pays $31/hr-$35/hr, depending on experience.
* $65k-$73k, when permanent, DOE.
* Hours are 8:30am-5:00pm.
* 100% onsite in New Carrollton, MD.
