Our client, a professional scientific association located in Washington, DC, is seeking a temporary-to-hire Facilities Manager!
About the Job:
- Manage the facilities team and navigate daily interactions with stakeholders of various levels.
- Oversee building renovations, work orders, and compliance practices.
- Support strategic facility space planning and maintain floorplans using CAD files.
- Update records and documentation and perform additional tasks as needed.
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ years of strong facilities experience are required.
- Management experience is required.
- Strong professionalism and customer service skills.
- MS Office and Adobe Suite knowledge.
About the Position:
- $32/hr-$35/hr while temporary
- $70K-$80K when permanent
- 100% on-site in Washington, DC.
- Hours are 8am-5pm.
