Our client, a modern media company located in Financial District, Manhattan is looking for a Part-Time Temp Facilities Specialist. This position will start week of June 23rd. In office Tuesday – Thursday, 9am-5pm. Occasional Mondays/Fridays if schedule can accommodate. Temp approximately 2+ months with potential to extend/convert.
Responsibilities:
- Perform various maintenance activities, cleaning spills, refilling supplies (snacks and beverages)
- Answer ticketing requests
- Assist with conference room set up and breakdown
- Handle catering and office related tasks (occasional reception)
- Breakdown and set up for large events
- Ordering supplies/stocking
- Freight deliveries – runner to and from messenger center
- Work closely with Workplace Experience Manager
Qualifications:
- 1+ years related experience in a corporate setting in similar role
- High attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism
Compensation:
- $30-$35/hour DOE
