Our client, a well-established and reputable title company with national reach, is seeking a Real Estate Title Coordinator to join their team in a contract to hire capacity. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented title professional who brings experience in commercial real estate transactions and thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
About you:
- 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate title coordination or settlement support is required for this role
- Confident managing multi-site and multi-state commercial transactions
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel; experience with Title Express and Interwoven/Worksite (or similar systems)
- Exceptionally organized with strong follow-up skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with urgency and professionalism
- Excellent communicator with experience interfacing directly with attorneys, clients, and internal stakeholders
- A motivated team player who thrives under pressure and takes initiative
- Notary license is a plus
About the job:
- Review incoming title orders, searches, bring-downs, and policies; maintain and distribute all related documentation
- Coordinate with key stakeholders to obtain necessary pre-closing clearance items
- Prepare title policies and endorsements
- Compile and organize closing documents, draft correspondence, and assist with general file and transaction management
- Support the coordination of national, multi-property transactions with attorneys and team members
- Manage scanning, file maintenance, mailings, and FedEx shipments for assigned transactions
This position is hybrid and based out of the company’s Media, PA office, with flexibility throughout the week. Compensation is up to $90,000 annually depending on experience upon permanent hire.
