Our client, a conservation-focused nonprofit, is seeking a temporary to permanent Membership Manager to support their team in Gaithersburg, MD!
Responsibilities:
- Manage annual billing and process various member transactions.
- Serve as the point of contact for any question or issues regarding membership, dues, and billing.
- Support data analysis and reporting in relation to the membership programs.
- Manage the annual convention’s delegate registrations.
- Train and supervise temporary employees or volunteers.
- Provide direct support to the Director and complete additional duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of membership operations and customer service experience are required.
- An associate’s degree is required.
- Proficient iMIS and MS Office with a technical savviness.
- Self-starter with strong detail orientation and fantastic communication skills.
- Personable with a knack for customer satisfaction!
Position Information:
- Pays $23/hr-$26/hr, while temporary, DOE.
- Converts to a salary of up to $60k, when permanent.
- 100% on-site in Gaithersburg, MD.
- Free parking!
