Our client, a conservation-focused nonprofit, is seeking a temporary part-time Operations Manager to support their team and facility in Washington, DC!
Responsibilities:
- Promptly update and regularly maintain internal systems and databases.
- Respond to emails and questions from clients professionally and accurately.
- Support workflow changes and ensure items are properly moved through.
- Provide additional administrative support for events, travel logistics, meeting scheduling, and other special projects.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of professional experience are required.
- An associate’s degree is required.
- Proficient in Google, Monday.com, and HubSpot!
- Self-starter with strong detail orientation and fantastic communication skills.
Position Information:
- Pays $33/hr-$37/hr, while temporary, DOE.
- Converts to a salary of up to $85k, when permanent.
- Hours are 10am-3pm.
