Our client, a conservation-focused nonprofit, is seeking a temporary to permanent Membership Specialist to support their team in Gaithersburg, MD!
Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars/scheduling and handle travel arrangements.
- Maintain files, assist with budgets, and prepare expense reports.
- Meeting preparation/coordination; attend meetings and take clear/concise minutes.
- Draft/edit correspondence and documents, work with internal and external contacts.
- Complete additional special projects and tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of membership operations and customer service experience are required.
- An associate’s degree is required.
- Proficient iMIS and MS Office with a technical savviness.
- Self-starter with strong detail orientation and fantastic communication skills.
- Personable with a knack for customer satisfaction!
Position Information:
- Pays $23/hr-$26/hr, while temporary, DOE.
- Converts to a salary of up to $60k, when permanent.
- 100% on-site in Gaithersburg, MD.
