Our client, a conservation-focused nonprofit, is seeking a temporary to permanent Operations Assistant to support their team in Gaithersburg, MD!
Responsibilities:
- Provide exemplary customer service when answering phone calls.
- Manage and maintain office supply levels.
- Handle mail collection and distribution.
- Maintain and set-up conference rooms and other areas.
- Support membership with due reconciliation, donation letters, and supporting member inquiries.
- Provide support to the office, membership, and ad hoc projects through other tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of office operations experience are required.
- An associate’s degree is required.
- Proficient MS Office with a technical savviness; iMIS is a plus!
- Self-starter with strong detail orientation and fantastic communication skills.
Position Information:
- Pays $20/hr-$22/hr, while temporary, DOE.
- Converts to a salary of up to $50k, when permanent.
- 100% on-site in Gaithersburg, MD.
