About the Role:
We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented person to join the team at a busy service center that’s also connected to a public gas station. This role involves a mix of administrative tasks and customer interaction – perfect for someone who’s organized, friendly, and comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities. No automotive experience required – full training provided!
What You’ll Be Doing:

Greet customers and answer incoming phone calls

Check in service customers and create repair orders

Help fuel customers at the on-site gas station when needed

Create repair estimates and communicate repair needs clearly

Order parts for approved repairs and handle any returns

Create purchase orders and deliver parts to technicians

Accept rent payments and issue receipts

Scan completed repair orders into the system

Reconcile payments for repairs, rent, gas, and A/R at end of day

Strong customer service and phone skills

Great attention to detail and ability to multitask

Organized and reliable, with a team-player mindset

Automotive experience is a plus but not required

Willingness to learn and take on a variety of tasks
