Our client, well-known healthcare organization in Waltham, MA, is seeking a Patient Experience Representative to join their team. This is a full-time, onsite role Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, lasting 6-12 months with the potential to convert to a permanent position. The pay rate is $21/hour, and free parking is available onsite. This position plays a key role in ensuring a positive experience for patients and families in a fast-paced clinical setting. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional and welcoming customer service to patients, families, and visitors
- Accurately record and process demographic and insurance information
- Monitor and manage clinic schedules and patient flow
- Coordinate with clinicians and supervisors as needed
- Answer and route calls; triage urgent messages
- Attend daily team huddles and support smooth departmental operations
- Assist patients with portal enrollment
- Support process improvement initiatives and ad hoc projects
Candidate Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous front desk or customer service experience required
- EPIC experience strongly preferred
- Ability to work onsite and comply with vaccination/immunization requirements
