About the Job:
* Coordinate complex organizational initiatives.
* Track projects and manage budgets and resources.
* Manage projects that integrate teams, systems, and processes.
* Coordinate cross-functionally and serve as a point-of-contact across teams.
* Lead efforts to ensure acceptance and minimal resistance to new processes.
* Align organizational goals and process to ensure teams can collaborate seamlessly.
* Support the team through additional administrative or operational tasks as required.
About You:
* A bachelor’s degree is required.
* 7+ years of complex project management experience are required.
* Organizational change or process improvement experience is a must-have!
* PMP certification or MS in Project Management are highly desired.
* Strong collaborative skills with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
Position Information:
* $45/hr-$52/hr, depending on experience.
* Temporary with a possibility to become permanent.
* Hours are 8:30am-5:30pm
