We’re seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Customer Support Representative to become an integral part of a small, collaborative team. In this role, you’ll support daily office operations and provide outstanding service to customers by managing orders, inquiries, and shipping logistics. Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and assisting customers with inquiries or order processing
- Enter and process new orders from customers
- Track and monitor return and exchange authorizations
- Coordinate outgoing shipments with carriers
- Assist follow up on claims for lost or damaged packages with carriers
Requirements:
- 1 year or more of relevant experience
- Possess a customer focused mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment
- Strong phone etiquette skills
