Our client, a philanthropic foundation, is seeking an Executive Assistant to the President in New York, NY. The hours are 9am-5pm with availability via email after hours as needed. This is a hybrid role (4 days in office, Fridays remote) with fully remote work in July and August.
Responsibilities:
* Provide high-level executive and personal support to the President
* Manage complex and ever-changing calendar, including scheduling business and personal commitments
* Coordinate all aspects of domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations,
* Prepare and submit expense reports
* Act as liaison between the President and internal/external stakeholders
* Handle personal tasks including medical claim submissions and restaurant bookings
* Monitor email and other communications
Qualifications:
* 7-10+ years of Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant experience supporting a C-level executive
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Familiarity with Outlook and global scheduling across time zones
* Ability to manage up, take initiative, and maintain confidentiality at all times
