Our client, an association, is seeking a temporary to permanent Executive Assistant to support the CEO located in Washington, DC starting ASAP!
About the Job:
- Provide calendaring/scheduling, travel arrangements, and logistics support.
- Ensure the CEO is well informed and prepared for upcoming meetings, commitments, and responsibilities.
- Manage board meeting logistics, expense reports, and troubleshooting requests.
- Draft, edit, and proofread documents, presentations, and communications.
- Complete additional tasks/special projects and provide support as needed.
About You:
- 5+ years of relevant C-suite executive support experience are required.
- A bachelor’s degree is required for this role.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and Google Suite with a technological savviness is required.
- Excellent oral/written communication, organizational, and calendar management skills.
- Strong multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced and time sensitive environment.
About the Position:
- $28/hr-$32/hr, while temporary, depending on experience.
- $65k-$70k, when permanent, depending on experience.
- 100% onsite in Washington, DC.
- Hours are 9am-5pm.
- Office is metro accessible!
