Our client, a Venture Capital Firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support a Partner in their New York office 5 days a week from 9am-6/6:30pm.
Responsibilities:
* Manage busy calendars and schedules, including meeting prioritization
* Complete and submit expense reports
* Book both domestic and international travel, ground transportation, hotels, airlines, etc.
* Support the planning, organizing, and managing of work effort for projects
* Make dinner reservations
* Schedule personal appointments and schedule vacations
* Set reminders for gift-buying, etc.
* Assist with planning and execution for both internal and client events
* Assist with ad-hoc projects
Qualifications:
* BA/BS degree preferred
* 8+ Years of Experience as an EA
* Must be tech savvy
* Experience supporting C-level or Partner/Managing Director
* Must have a no task too big or too small mentality
* Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
Compensation/Benefits:
* Up to $160K base depending on experience + a discretionary bonus

* 10 PTO days + 10 days (5 during Christmas holidays/ 5 last week of August)
* Lunch – $25/day and will pay for dinner if you are in the office past a certain time
