Responsibilities:
* Lead the full-cycle recruitment process: source, screen, interview, and facilitate hiring for office and customer service roles
* Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
* Post job openings, review applications, and maintain candidate records in the applicant tracking system
* Coordinate job offers and assist in onboarding logistics
Qualifications:
* 1+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
* Experience recruiting for a combination of professional/office roles and retail staff
* Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates
* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and experienced with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms
