Responsibilities:
– Oversee the recruitment and hiring process for employees
– Administer the payroll system, ATS, onboarding system, and compliance systems
– Manage unemployment and workers’ compensation claims
– Serve as the administrator for retirement plans and work with retirement consultants to provide information and education to employees
– Review HR processes and procedures regularly
– Assist in preparing budgets for annual compensation and benefits
– Serve as a member of the senior leadership team
Requirements:
– 5+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Director
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required
– Supervisory experience preferred
– Knowledge of accounting preferred
– Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
– Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
