Our client, a manufacturing company located in Taunton, is seeking a Sales Support Assistant to join their team for 6 months, with the potential to extend or convert permanent. This onsite role has hours from 8AM-5PM and it is compensating up to $25 an hour. Qualified and interested candidates are encouraged to apply today for immediate consideration.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and customer service support to a high-volume sales team
- Prepare, edit, and organize proposals
- Complete and manage contract templates and project paperwork
- Enter and organize estimate data for prospective clients to review
- Perform accurate data entry in QuickBooks
- Greet visitors, answer phones, and provide professional front desk coverage
Qualifications:
- Highly detail-oriented with strong typing and spreadsheet skills
- Comfortable working with financial data and contract documents
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general database entry
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software preferred
- Friendly, professional demeanor with strong communication skills
