Beacon Hill has partnered with leading provider of financing solutions in hiring a proactive, detail-oriented Temporary Executive Assistant to support their Direct Lending Team. This role requires a team player who excels in a fast-paced environment, can multi-task, and approaches each task with a sense of urgency.
Responsibilities:
- Provide executive-level administrative support to the Direct Lending Team
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate domestic and international travel
- Handle data entry and reporting via Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Track and organize monthly expenses
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and provide backup support to the Executive Assistant team
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Concur, CRM, SharePoint, and Workday is a plus
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and a client support mindset
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with a sense of urgency
