Our client, a law firm in downtown DC, is seeking a temporary Receptionist to support their team!
The Job:
- Greet and announce clients and visitors in the office.
- Answer phones (internal and external calls) and take and transmit messages.
- Serve as receptionist for special office events.
- Utilize the EMS to book conference rooms for meetings.
- Perform additional clerical and administrative projects as assigned.
About You:
- 2+ years of administrative experience; professional services experience is a plus.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Tech savvy and proficient in telephone/voicemail systems; EMS experience is a plus.
- Familiar with office procedures for conference room/food service scheduling.
- Detail-oriented/organized with excellent customer service, communication, and multitasking skills.
About the Position:
- $20/hr-$30/hr, depending on experience.
- Temporary for 2 months.
- Potential for the assignment to be extended.
- 100% onsite in Washington, DC.
- Office is metro accessible.
