Our client, a real estate investment and development firm, is seeking a Temp to Perm Executive Assistant in New York, NY. The hours are 8:30am-5:30pm. This role is fully onsite, five days per week.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Head of the Credit Group, including heavy calendar management, meeting scheduling, and travel coordination
- Prepare and submit expense reports in a timely manner
- Track, coordinate, and follow up on legal documents for signature, notarization, and payment processing
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure timely document execution
- Work collaboratively with other Executive Assistants in the New York office
- Act as a proactive and reliable gatekeeper and liaison for the executive
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to manage shifting priorities
- Receive and respond to direct and constructive feedback professionally
Qualifications:
- 5-10+ years of administrative experience, ideally supporting senior leadership in finance, legal, or real estate environments
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience handling legal documentation processes preferred
- Confident, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Comfortable with direct communication and able to maintain composure under pressure
- Degree preferred
Compensation/Benefits:
- Base salary up to $110K plus overtime plus bonus
