Support our client’s CEO as a temporary to permanent Executive Assistant! You will play a pivotal role in increasing productivity, making operations efficient, and professionally representing the CEO. If you have an associate’s degree, 7+ years of executive support experience, and are technologically savvy, we encourage you to apply!
Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars/scheduling and handle travel arrangements.
- Maintain files, assist with budgets, and prepare expense reports.
- Meeting preparation/coordination; attend meetings and take clear/concise minutes.
- Draft/edit correspondence and documents, work with internal and external contacts.
- Complete additional special projects and tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- An associate’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.
- 7+ years of C-suite or executive support experience are required.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, is required.
- Confidential, diplomatic, and resourceful with strong critical thinking skills.
- Able to travel occasionally.
Position Information:
- $32/hr-$38/hr while temporary
- $75K-$95K when permanent
- Temporary to permanent position
- Hybrid availability!
- Office located in Washington, DC.
