Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist
Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist visitors while managing front desk activity

Handle incoming calls and emails, routing inquiries appropriately

Coordinate meetings, maintain team calendars, and book travel arrangements

Draft and format internal documents, reports, and presentation materials

Organize files, enter data, and maintain administrative records

Monitor office inventory, submit supply orders, and track expenses

Support event coordination and logistics for internal gatherings

Provide executive-level support when required
Preferred Qualifications:

At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

Strong organizational abilities with a focus on multitasking and prioritization

Proficient in Microsoft Office tools including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Professional demeanor with a proactive, team-first approach

Familiarity with industries such as finance, real estate, or consulting is an advantage
Work Hours & Compensation:
We are open to applicants interested in part-time roles (approximately 20-30 hours per week) as well as full-time positions (up to 40 hours per week), depending on experience and availability.
