Our client, an investment firm, is seeking a Premises Assistant in New York City. The hours are 8:30am-5:30pm with flexibility as needed and this role is fully onsite.
Responsibilities:
* Report to the Head of Administrative Services and support the management of all office locations, including maintenance, renovations, and relocations
* Coordinate lease requirements, construction projects, and office buildouts under the direction of the Office of the President
* Assist with office design projects, including sourcing and selecting furniture, finishes, and vendor approvals
* Maintain relationships with vendors, coordinate payment processing, and manage office service providers
* Provide general administrative support related to real estate and premises initiatives, including projects outside the direct business unit
Qualifications:
* 1-3+ years of experience in administrative support, facilities coordination, or office moves
* Experience assisting with renovations or managing office relocations
* Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to manage competing priorities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Ability to lift and move items up to 40 lbs in an office setting
* Comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
* Proactive, adaptable, and able to exercise sound judgment
* Experience in professional services industries such as finance, legal, consulting, or tech preferred
Compensation/Benefits:
* Up to $85,000-$90,000 plus paid overtime
