Top Private Equity firm in Midtown Manhattan seeks a highly organized and proactive Temp to Perm Administrative Assistant to support the Investor Relations team of 8 professionals in the New York office. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with experience in CRM systems (particularly DealCloud), roadshow logistics, and investor communications. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of investor engagement activities and maintaining accurate investor data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate travel logistics, meeting schedules, and briefing materials.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
- Provide calendar management, meeting coordination, and general administrative support to the IR team.
- Maintain and update investor data in DealCloud.
- Generate reports, dashboards, and analytics to support fundraising and investor engagement.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across platforms.
- Assist in planning and executing investor roadshows, conferences, and meetings.
- Prepare investor materials, presentations, and follow-up communications.
- Track investor interactions and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Support the preparation of investor updates, newsletters, and quarterly reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of experience in investor relations, financial services, or a related administrative role.
- Proficiency in DealCloud or similar CRM platforms is essential.
- Experience coordinating roadshows or investor events.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
Compensation:
- Salary up to 100K plus amazing benefits and generous time off
