Position Title: Digital Platform Coordinator
Location: Addison, TX
Type: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | ONSITE 8am-5pm
Overview:
We are looking for a tech-savvy and detail-focused Digital Platform Coordinator to support the day-to-day maintenance of our client-facing online portals. This role is primarily administrative, involving light customer interaction with an emphasis on system upkeep, data accuracy, and process efficiency. Ideal candidates will thrive in a fast-moving environment and possess a strong working knowledge of Excel and Adobe tools.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform regular updates and upkeep across digital storefronts and online platforms

Troubleshoot basic user access issues and reset login credentials

Manage user access by adding or removing accounts as needed

Input and revise pricing structures within internal systems and customer-facing portals

Track and edit customer order details in the system

Collaborate with the accounting team to gather receipts, invoices, and other supporting documentation

Support warehouse staff during monthly inventory counts

Tackle special assignments and tasks as directed

Maintain accurate logs, forms, and electronic records

Adhere to internal protocols, including safety and operational standards
Preferred Skill Set:

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (formulas, data entry, etc.)

Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and Photoshop

Prior experience in e-commerce platform support or storefront upkeep

Strong eye for detail with consistent follow-through

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required
-
1-3 years of administrative, technical support, or portal maintenance experience

Bonus: Familiarity with EPS Monarch, EPS Printstream, or EPS Market Direct Storefront systems
